An
Iroquois creation story.
The
Woman Who Fell from the Sky is a play adapted
from portions of the Iroquois creation story. It
is presented through narration, action, poetry,
and music. Puppetry, mask work, and elemental
designs further the story’s telling and
capture this mythic world. Originally produced by
the Mettawee River Theatre Company, Ralph Lee,
Artistic Director.
